We are an award winning 5 star family owned Holiday Park located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

We are surrounded by beautiful open countryside, and are minutes by car to the superb beaches of Shanklin, Sandown and Ventnor.

We are an ideal base for families and couples with plenty of nearby walks, cycle trails and local attractions. Excellent public transport links from the site.

Located at Ninham Farm, a perfect base to discover the many sights and attractions of the Island, with footpaths and bridleways leading direct from site, providing delightful walks and cycle routes to the Island’s diverse landscape; of beautiful empty beaches and rolling hills, together with one of the best sunshine records in the UK.

Safe, sandy beaches are short cycle away ( 15-20 minutes ) or drive ( 10 minutes ) There is a choice of supermarket are just a 5 minute drive or cycle.
